Rates and Fees
All work will be charged as time and materials at the hourly rate of 95.00 per hour.
A 50% deposit is required to book services unless otherwise noted. The remaining balance is due on the day of services
Odd Jobs and Handy Services These are jobs that can be done with smaller hand tools, requiring minimal set-up. More than one repair can be completed within the visit 2 hour minimum per site visit
Carpentry and Improvement Services These are more complex jobs that require multiple power tools, increased set-up, and material pick-up. 4 hour minimum per site visit
Contractor Support Services These are more complex jobs that require multiple power tools, increased set-up, and material pick-up. 8 hour minimum per site visit
